  Enter N, the number of points to generate:
  (0 or any negative value terminates execution).
 
  Enter SKIP, the number of initial points to skip:
  (0 is a common choice).
  (Another is the least power of 2 greater than
   or equal to N.)
  (a negative value terminates execution.)
 
  The Sobol data was written to the file "sobol_02_00100.txt".
 
  Enter M, the spatial dimension:
  (0 or any negative value terminates execution).
