TRIANGULATION_RCM
  C++ version:
  Read a node dataset of NODE_NUM points in 2 dimensions.
  Read an associated triangulation dataset of TRIANGLE_NUM
  triangles using 3 or 6 nodes.

  Apply the RCM reordering (Reverse Cuthill-McKee).

  Reorder the data and write it out to files.

  Compiled on Jan  9 2007 at 09:30:12.

  Read the header of "nodes3.txt".

  Spatial dimension DIM_NUM = 2
  Number of nodes NODE_NUM =  9

  Read the data in "nodes3.txt".

  Coordinates of first 5 nodes:
