The main objetive of this page show the performance of
SGI - Altix 350.
This computer arrived to CSIT in 02/13/2004 and has 8 CPUs.
In order to test this computer, I selected a Volume Rendering task that was implemented in my
Master degree.
Steps:
- Clean up the application of GUI code
- Compiling it on SGI-Altix 350 (fetch) for 64 bits
- Threading the volume rendering algorithm
