hermite_interpolant_2011_fsu, "Computing the Hermite Interpolant", an informal technical report discussing the standard interpolating polynomial, which interpolates function values, the simple Hermite interpolating polynomial, which interpolates both function values and derivatives, and a procedure for computing the simple Hermite interpolant that is based on a modification of the usual divided difference procedure for the standard interpolating polynomial.
